It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Louis Parente of Lincoln, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Parente and Angelina Parente (Macchiarelli); and his sibling Carmino Parente. He is survived by: his spouse Bernadetta C. "Betty" Parente; his children, Lisa Cataldi of Providence, Rhonda Locurto (Chuck) of Lincoln, Bernadette Hawkins of Smithfield and Louis Parente, Jr. (Shannon) of North Smithfield; and his brother Robert Parente of Johnston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great grandson.
