He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Carr and Dorothy Carr (Padilla). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Carr (Rafalowski); his children, Jacquelyn Smith of Lincoln, Keith Carr of Waltham, MA and Christopher Carr of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Zoe and Logan; and his sisters, Sherry and Carol.
