He was predeceased by : his parent Edward Ouellette; and his sibling Lisa Ouellette. He is survived by : his spouse Cindy A. Ouellette (Reuter); his parent Yolande Ouellette (Boudria); his daughters, Joslyn M. Ouellette of Warren, RI, Kimberly A. Ouellette of Little Compton and Nicole S. Prouse of Groton, CT; and his siblings, Mark Ouellette, Eric Ouellette, Denise Wordell of Little Compton, Mona Mello of Little Compton and Beth Sousa of Little Compton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
