With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Carlson of Narragansett, Rhode Island, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Ann Carlson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Antone Medeiros and Mary Medeiros; and her brother Paul Medeiros. She is survived by : her sister Pamela Medeiros; her sons, Douglas Ferland, Jason Carlson and Adam Carlson; her grandchildren, Lainie, Ziah, Trenton Carlson, Christopher and Alyssa Ferland; and her great grandchild Jaxon Carlson. She is also survived by family and very special friends.
