It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth G. De Costa of Newport, Rhode Island, born in Mooers, New York, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald and Mary V. Kingsbury (Mitchell); her siblings, Shirley Quinn, Isabel Bazinet, William Kingsbury and Arlene Murray; her children, Joanne Partington and James Rourke (Keri); and her husband Louis De Costa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 would be appreciated.
