He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Elizabeth and Charles Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Alice and Edward Crusade. He is survived by : his wife Tamam; his daughters, Courtney and Katina; his pet Baxter; his sister Patty Patterson (Donny); and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Kendall and Denise Ricciardi.
