It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher E. Emerson of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father-in-law Tom Kelly; his brother David; and his close friend Matt Houlihan. He is survived by : his wife Colleen Kelly Emerson; his children, Matthew Christopher and Cailin Elizabeth; his close friend Ruby; his parents, Bill Emerson and Audrey Emerson; his sister Marion; his brother-in-law Patrick Walsh; his mother-in-law Joan Crowley Kelly; his sisters-in-law, Karen Kelly Downes and Kristin Kelly Stahl; his nieces and nephews, Julia Downes, Mary Murphy Walsh, Kathleen Emerson, John Downes, Dylan (Patrick Stahl), Padraig (Niall Walsh) and Jonathan Emerson; his close friends, Molly, Drake, Bella and Brody; and also, Dave Downes and John Stahl.
