He was predeceased by : his wife Vincenza Palazzo (Vendittelli); his parents, Alphonse Palazzo and Autilia Palazzo (Grande); and his sibling Pasqualina Prata. He is survived by : his children, Alfonse M. Palazzo (Deborah), Robert A. Palazzo (Valerie) and Donna Santagata (Paul); and his siblings, Angelina Celona, Antonio, George and Vincent Palazzo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Consistent with precautions due to the Coronavirus, Al's funeral and burial with Military Honors will be private.
