He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Kazan; and his sibling Peter Kazan. He is survived by: his spouse Helen D. Kazan (McKee); his parent Olana "Helen" Kazan (Shewchuk); his sons, Glenn H. Kazan (Elizabeth) of Lebanon Maine and Gregory P. Kazan (Holly) of Danvers, MA.; his siblings, Stephen Kazan, Mary Pluta and Olga Sullivan; his grandchildren, Talia, Josiah, Jeremiah, Gayla, Margret Katherine and Theodore Nicholas Kazan; and his great grandchildren, Oleksandr Kazan, Cooper Kazan and James Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
