He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Rowe and Ethel Rowe (Simms); and his adoptive daughter Diane Morrison (Dee). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Rowe (Fox); his daughter Judi Lynn Rowe; his son-in-law Raymond Parsons; his sibling's children, William "Billy" Fox Jr., Ricky Fox, Robert Fox, William "Billy" Palazini Jr. and Raelene Hopkins (Fox); and his adoptive daughters, Patricia Bazinet (Scott), Carol Laferierre (Goodnough), Jessica St. Jean and Donna Ponte.
