He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bowen and Bertha Bowen (Greene). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Bowen (Coutu) of Pascoag; and his children, Timothy Bowen of Foster, Steven Bowen of Foster, Robert Bowen of Omaha, Keith Bowen of West Warwick, Mark Bowen of East Providence, Betty Courtemanche of Chepachet, Sarah Auger of Harrisville and Stephanie Cozzi of Cranston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
