He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Levesque Sr. and Evelyn Levesque (Dunn) of Pascoag; and his brother Donald Levesque. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" A. Levesque (Johnson); his daughters, Emily and Traci E. Petrus (Brian); his grandchildren, Casper, Emily R. Levesque and Lauren Beaudoin; his son Justin R. Levesque; his brother Edward Levesque Jr.; and also, Timothy, Timmy, Ethan, Olivia, Ava, Ivy and Janet Douglas.
