She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerard L. Picard, Sr.; her parent Manuel Mello; her child Gerard L. Picard, Jr.; and her sibling Jesse Mello. She is survived by: her parent Rita Mello (Costa); her sons, Robert Picard of Bradenton, Mark Picard (John Tanner) of Johnston and Louis Picard of North Providence; and her siblings, Adolph Mello, Louis Mello and Elizabeth Good. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
