She was predeceased by: her parent Maria Avila (Avelar); her sibling Carlos M. Avila; and also Crystal Rodrigues. She is survived by: her parent Carlos C. Avila of Pawtucket; her sisters, Irene Amaral (Tony) of Pawtucket, Mary-John Santos (Victor) of Pawtucket, Fatima Avila (Claudio) of East Providence, Odilia Avila (Raul) of Pawtucket, Paula Rodrigues (John) of Central Falls and Maria João Avila of Mississauga; her goddaughter Brittany Avila; her great-nephew Kai Morales; her great-niece Juliana Pereira; and also Ontario. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
