She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph M. Azevedo Fonseca. She is survived by: her parent Adelina Fonseca (Galvao); and her siblings, Guilherme Fonseca of Pawtucket, Nidia Fonseca of Pawtucket, Celina Leitao (Benvido) of East Providence, Maria Lopes (Antonio) of Pawtucket, Lucy DeSousa (Walter) of Plainville, MA and Angela Pesare (Edward) of Greenville. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
