It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Duarte (Pawtucket, Rhode Island), born in Dudley, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Therrian; her parents, Emile Houle and Minnie Houle (Morin); her son Karl Fitzgerald; and her brother Emile Houle.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Labossiere of Smithfield, Lisa Pierce of North Providence, Mark E. Duarte of Woonsocket and Bruce Duarte of Pawtucket; and her siblings, Rose Harrison of New York, Jeanne Houle of Warwick, Annette Scaramuzzi of East Greenwich, Peter Houle of Pascoag, Gerard Houle of Pawtucket, Raymond Houle, John Houle, Phillip Houle, Paul Houle, Irene Lawton and Robert Houle. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
