He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Lambert; and his sibling Paulinda Lambert. He is survived by: his parent Maggie Lee Lambert (Ridgeway); his son Marcus Lambert Monroe of Providence; his grandchildren, Dapaul Monroe-Perry, Lailah Monroe-Perry and Jazzlynn Monroe-Cruz; and his siblings, Grace Sills of Cranston, Tshombe Lambert of East Providence and Curtis Lambert of North Port. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
