She was predeceased by: her spouse John "Jack" Flaherty; her parent George Fraizer; her son Michael Flaherty; her grandson John Berard; and her sister Eileen Carr.
She is survived by: her parent Irene Fraizer (Plunkett); her children, Kevin Flaherty (Hanne), John Flaherty, Dennis Flaherty (Denise), Kathleen Berard and Mary Flaherty; and her brothers, George Fraizer and John Fraizer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
