PAWTUCKET – Elizabeth 'Alice" Mello 88, passed away Saturday October 13, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Mello. Born in Lincoln , RI she was a daughter of the late John and Agnes J. (Pagos) Dzialo. She lived in Pawtucket, RI most of her life. Before retiring Alice was employed as a Secretary for the former Burlington Yarn Co. for many years. Mrs. Mello leaves one loving sister Anna M. Glod of Cumberland, RI and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Josephine Klimuszka, Mary Wlodkowski, Carolyn Hanna, Stanley, Walter and Joseph"Lefty" Dzialo. Her funeral will be held Thursday October 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls, RI with a Prayer Service in the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. CALLING HOURS THURSDAY MORNING FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations in Alice's name to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island 1085 North Main Street Providence, RI 02904-9826 would be greatly appreciated.
