Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frances Spencer (Pawtucket, Rhode Island), who passed away at the age of 90, on July 15, 2019. She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon W. Spencer; her parents, Thomas C. Towle and Emma Rose Towle (Cooper); and her sister Florence J. Taft. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four nephews and two nieces.
