She was predeceased by: her parents, Japhet Adams II and Eleanor Adams (Garig); her husband Charles; and her sisters, Jennie Lippe, Betty Robillard, Mary Leonetti, Catherine Rochford, Brenda Harvey and Lillian Alcala.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheri Belanger; her granddaughter Ashley Colmenares (Richard); and her brothers, Japhet Adams III of North Carolina and Pete Adams (Marlene) of Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
