He is survived by: his spouse Theresa Rivard (Deragon); his parent Albina Rivard (Plante); his children, Richard Rivard, Jean Paul Rivard, Jr (Janet), Debra Walker (Raymond) and Marie Costa (Victor); and his siblings, Rejeanne Denault, Claire Lemay, Leo Rivard, Marcel Rivard, Gus Rivard, Terry Chevrette and Denise Benoit. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
