He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Stephen (Margaret), Daniel (Nicole) and Bethany (Alex); and his grandchildren, John, Jessica, Rebecca, Tori, Erica, Raechel, Maicey, Grace, Piper, Christina and Brittany.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Hope Hospice of Rhode Island and Woodlawn Baptist Church.
