She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Ann Chase; and her former spouse John M. Pollard, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Eric Pollard (Jennifer Antosia) of Chepachet; her siblings, Robert Cusson (Jill) of Seekonk, MA and Anna LaFontaine of South Attleboro, MA; and her cousin Theresa DeRita. She is also survived by three nieces, four nephews.
