She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kempton and Sarah Kempton (Doran). She is survived by: her husband Henri Richard; her children, Maureen McCarthy LaChapelle (Michael) and Paul McCarthy; her sisters, Sarah Sussan and Marjorie Kempton; her grandchildren, Brayden and Abigail McCarthy; and her stepchildren, Connie Kollett, Annette Duffy, Yvette Hinton and Robert Richard.
