He was predeceased by: his parent George F.; and his sibling Elizabeth R. Gallagher. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve M. Mulcahey (Murphy); and his siblings, Deborah J. Forte, Martha F. Spizwak, Barbara M. Vigeant and Paul E.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
