She was predeceased by: her spouse Edward S. Chase; and her parent Clarence G.. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Cusson (Quilitzsch); her granddaughter Hailey Reed; her children, Deborah L. Chase and Sean D. Chase; and her siblings, Robert Cusson of Seekonk, Margaret Pollard of Pawtucket and Anna LaFontaine of Attleboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Cecilia School, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket, RI 02861 will be appreciated.
