He was predeceased by: his parent Norman E. Partington; and his sibling Louise Partington. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara A. Partington (Estrella); his parent Eunice Partington (Callahan); his children, Chief Scott M. Partington (Lori) of Charlestown, Steven E. Partington and Kimberly A. LaPlante (Thomas) of Richmond; his sister Eunice Rondeau of Pawtucket; and his grandchildren, Zoe, Tomas, Zachary, Mason and Olin. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, he enjoyed spending time with his entire family, especially his five grandchildren and conversing with his lifelong neighborhood friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 Eighteenth Street NW, Washington, DC 20006-3517 would be appreciated.
