With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia O'Hara of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 23, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cunha and Ruth Cunha (Grady); and her brother Stephen Cunha. She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Hara; her children, Michael O'Hara Jr., Sean O'Hara, Megan O'Hara Goncalves and Shannon O'Hara; her siblings, Captain James Cunha, William Cunha, Edward Cunha Jr., Lynn Peltier, Nancy Blythe and Anne Shmase; and her grandchildren, Sean, Jeremy, Ryleigh, Shane, Dylan, Emma, Bailey, Jake and Jaxon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The American Cancer Society, in memory of Patti, would be appreciated.
