He is survived by: his parents, Kevin J. O'Sullivan of North Smithfield and Cynthia Gabrielli (Bacon); his husband William of Plymouth, MA; his siblings, Michael J. O'Sullivan of Pawtucket and Kendra M. Harriger (Dwayne) of Riverside, RI; his children, Christian, Kyla, Austin, Maurice, Grenier and Mason; and also Edward O'Sullivan. He is also survived by friends, especially his beloved uncles, nieces and nephews.
