He was predeceased by: his parent Paulo DeBarros. He is survived by: his wife Wendy DeBarros (Rison); his parent Deolinda DeBarros (Martins); his children, Robert A. DeBarros (Lyndsey), Bruce DeBarros (Angela), Jeffrey P. DeBarros, Trisha L. Guertin and James M. Guertin (Bela); his siblings, Eugenia Ferreira (Julio), Melinda Iaconelli (Marcello), Melanie Reilly (Joseph), Melissa Faella (Brian) and Anthony M. DeBarros (Maria Hurley); and his parents-in-law, Hilda M. Dewey, Tim and Kathy Rison. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
