He is survived by: his sons, Olavo and Ernesto of Rumford, RI.; his sister Maria Eduarda Teixeira Gomes of Boston, MA; his wife Dr. Elizabeth Gomes; and his siblings, Antonio Teixeira (Gertudes), Joaquin Teixeira of Malden, MA, Claudio Teixeira of Santiago, Cabo Verde, Rosaria Virgina Teixeira of Boston, MA and Bernedette Teixeira (Manuel Alves) of Hyde Park, MA.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
