He was predeceased by: his parents, Bento Tavares Carreiro and Eva Carreiro (Pirozzi); and his son Kenneth Carreiro. He is survived by: his children, Robert Carreiro, Richard Carreiro, Steven Carreiro, Art Lapham, Bryan Carreiro, Deborah Barao, Brenda Morris Lemaire and Carlene Carreiro; his stepchildren, Jamie Pearce and Trisha Pierce; his siblings, Richard Carreiro and Lillian Herring; and his siblings' children, Jeff Carreiro, Kevin Hering and Carlene Hering Ortiz. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
