He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Perry Sr. and Amy E. Perry; his wife Gail Perry; and his brother Joseph Manville. He is survived by: his children, Tammy and Frank Miranda (Amy Fortier); his grandson Lucas; his son Brian; and his sisters, Amy Vars, Frances Escobar, Caroline Gadrow, Debra Gibbs, Carmen Scott and Susie Samuels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
