It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert F. Hall III (Portsmouth, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Martha A. Hall (Ashley) and Herbert F. Hall, Jr.; and his sister Bernice Amber. He is survived by : his sister Janice Little (Huck); his nephew David Warren; and his sister Dorothy Piermont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
