It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula J. Souza of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Paula leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Paula may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Stasiowski and Mary Stasiowski (Medeiros). She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Phillips (Charles); her grandchildren, Camden Phillips and Paige Phillips; and her great grandchild Kinsley Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Beech Grove Cemetery (947 Main Rd, Westport, MA 02790).
