Cecilia D. Faccenda Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2025, at the age of 86, Cecilia D. Faccenda of Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Faccenda; her parents, James Fitzpatrick and Isabel Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Noel Fitzpatrick and Kay Prendergast.
She is survived by: her children, Bronagh Laliberte (Philip), Joseph A. Faccenda and Ciara Faccenda; her grandsons, Nicholas and Mathias; her great grandchild Ezra; and her sibling Gerry Fitzpatrick.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home (971 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Church (1413 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the St. Edward Food and Wellness Center, 1001 Branch Avenue, Providence, RI 02904.
