Bates of Marlborough, CT; his great grandchild Benjamin A. Bates of Marlborough, CT; and his siblings, Margaret Perreault (Paul) of Chepachet, Martin J Shepard and James J. Shepard.
Because of the Covid 19 restrictions, burial with full Military Honors in the RI Veteran's Memorial Cemetery will be private family only.
