He is survived by: his wife Maria F.; his children, Helena Chmielinski (Wade) of Cranston and Antonio Fernandes (Beatriz) of Riverside; his grandchildren, Monica, Nico Fernandes, Scott and Brittany Langlais; his great grandchildren, Laila, Savanah, Logan Dias and Naomi Matos; and his siblings, Antonio, Delfino, Carlos Fernandes, Maria Simas and Margarida Medeiros. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
