He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Thomas Raymond of Albany and Mary Fields of Providence; his children, Joseph "Joey" T. Palmer Jr. (Jessica Palmer) and Kayla Clark; his grandchildren, Jaidan, Symphony, Presleigh Palmer and Treasured; his siblings, Angela (Russell Gonsalves), Arron Palmer, Lisa Palmer, Joell (Jerome Brown) and Milton Raymond; his aunts, Betty Palmer-Maynard and Joan Palmer-Drysdale; his uncle Mujahid Abdullah Lamar; his cousins, Beth Palmer-Benton, Shantel Palmer, Michelle Silva, Cheryl John and Keith Raymond; Monica Jean Carter-Smith. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
