She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis DeCubellis (Luigi) and Viola DeCubellis; and her brother Anthony DeCubellis. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carol DeCubellis (Poirier) of Pawtucket; her niece Monica Chace (Graham Jelley) of Providence, RI; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander Chace (Tina Rho), Zachery Holme (Kaitlin Holme), Seth Holme, Sophia DeCubellis and Atticus DeCubellis.
The family requests that all guests please wear a face mask.
