He was predeceased by: his wife Laura "Lolly" Mazzei (Hope); and his parents, Peter Mazzei and Rose Mazzei (Pennacchia). He is survived by: his children, Peter A. Mazzei, Jr. (Sara Pianka), Michelle L. Peloquin (Mark) and Christine Healey; his grandchildren, John P. Hudson, Julia R. Mazzei, Jordan T. Hudson, Jeremey P. DiMeo, Jayden T. Healey and Zinnia R. Mazzei; and his sisters, Angela Terry and Theresa Frezza.
