He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Church and Pearl Dee Church; and his wife Ruth Kutz. He is survived by : his children, Kenneth Church (Tina) and Emily Moore (Gregg); his grandchildren, Kyle Moore (Leah), Brian Moore and Benjamin Church; and his great grandchild Addison Carter Moore. He is also survived by two nephews, a niece and a sister-in-law.
