With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore R. Dichiara (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 18, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Salvatore R. Dichiara to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore DiChiara and Josephine DiChiara (Aveta); his spouse Claire L. DiChiara (Kelley); his grandson Daniel DiChiara; and his siblings, Jennie Court and Vincent DiChiara.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Dumas (John Neader), David DiChiara (Marisa), Steven DiChiara (Tammy), Linda (Christopher Smith), Richard DiChiara and Michele (Steven Santangini); his brother Victor DiChiara; and his sister-in-law Beverly. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Daniel R. DiChiara Scholarship Fund (In memory of his late grandson Daniel - for Smithfield High School future education) will be greatly appreciated.
