It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Daniel Costa (Riverside, Rhode Island), who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 5, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparent Humberta Costa (Martins); and his aunt Jennifer Ann Costa. He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas Costa and Lisa Costa (Cabral) of Riverside; his grandparents, Arthur, Cecile Cabral of Riverside and Daniel Costa of East Providence; and his godparents, Michael and Leslie Karpowich. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
