He is survived by: his spouse Jane Tobin (Manning); his parent Martha Tobin (Carmichael); his children, Shana Tobin of Riverside and Eric Tobin (Laura) of Riverside; his grandchildren, William McGrath, Darien Murray, Pippa Tobin and Evie Tobin; and his brothers, David Tobin of Cranston and Jeffrey Tobin of North Carolina.
