She was predeceased by: her husband Herman J. Machado, Jr; her son David A. Machado; her son-in-law Andrew S. Richardson; and her parents, Antonio Santos and Ameilla Santos (Carrera).
She is survived by: her children, Katherine D. Richardson, Kenneth P. Machado (Elizabeth Perry) and Jeffrey Tilley of Riverside, RI; her granddaughter Rachael E. Richardson; her sister-in-law Alice Ferrick of Barrington, RI; and her sibling's children, Daniel O'Shea of Pawtucket, RI, Monica Collins of Bristol, RI and Alicia Ambrose.
