He was predeceased by: his spouse Frances E. Brown (Cost). He is survived by: his children, Adria English, George W. Brown, Jr. of Coventry and Richard A. Brown of Warwick; his siblings, Elenore Peterson of Coventry, RI, Fred Brown and Joseph Brown; and also, Grace Kaiser, Mary Coutcher and Elizabeth Mernick. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren. 13 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great- Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care RI 1085 N. Main St. Providence, RI 02904 in George's memory.
