He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oliver and Beatriz Oliver (Garcia); his son Jack C. Oliver; and his siblings, Dorothy Sears and Joseph Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Oliver (Santagata); his children, Dianne Hughes, Arlene Northup and David Oliver; and his sister Eva Leaf. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Because of COVID restrictions placed upon the Oliver family services will be private with burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
