He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Belanger; and his brother-in-law Bernard Russian. He is survived by: his wife Carol Belanger (DeSpirito); his sister Gail Moakler (John W. Moakler) of Barrington; his sister-in-law Marie Russian of Barrington; and his siblings, John Belanger, Russell Harriman, Raymond Gardner and Claire Eldhart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
